Gimme Shelter Equity was founded in 2015 by Ed Modzel, a Navy veteran, Chief Engineer for a 10-time Emmy Award-winning TV show, and real estate investor with over 40 years of experience. While Ed’s experience in real estate spans across multiple sectors, GSE focuses squarely on multi-family housing investment management.
